Nityaflow is an automation tool run by Avartix, Telangana, India. This page explains what information Nityaflow handles when you use app.nityaflow.in, and how you can have it deleted.
What we store
- Your account: your email address and sign-in details.
- Your workflows: the steps you build, their settings and a history of their runs.
- Connection keys: keys you paste in (for example a WhatsApp access token). These are stored encrypted on the server and are never shown again after saving.
- The GST check for AI assistants: when Claude, ChatGPT or another AI uses Nityaflow's GST credit match, the invoices it sends are processed in memory to answer that one request and are not stored or logged. The receipt it gets back holds totals and a fingerprint, not the invoices.
- Other AIs running your workflows: if you create a link under Connections › Other AIs, we keep only a scrambled (hashed) copy of it and when it was last used. Their runs appear in your run history like any other run.
- Receipt chain: when Nityaflow signs a receipt for you, it keeps the receipt's fingerprint and its number in your chain, so receipts can be shown to link one to the next. No file contents are kept.
- Agent payment demo: the test payments you make on the demo page are remembered only in your own browser, to show the monthly limit. No money moves.
- WhatsApp messages: when you connect a WhatsApp number, messages sent to that number are passed to your workflows so they can reply. The content is kept only in your own run history. Message IDs are kept for up to one day to avoid replying twice, then deleted.
How we use it
Only to run the workflows you set up and to show you their results. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the services below that make Nityaflow work.
Services we use
- Supabase: database, sign-in and server runs.
- Cloudflare: hosting of the website.
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): sending and receiving WhatsApp messages for numbers you connect.
People who message a connected WhatsApp number
If you message a business that uses Nityaflow, your phone number and message are handled on behalf of that business, to answer you. To have them removed, ask that business, or write to us at the address below.
