Monthly client document chaser on WhatsApp
On the 1st of every month, ask each client on WhatsApp for their bank statement, sales and purchase bills.
For: CA and accounting firms, tax consultants and bookkeepers who collect documents from many clients every month.
Open this workflowBuild your ownIt opens on the Nityaflow canvas with every step filled in. Press Execute workflow to test it safely: test runs never send anything.
How it works
- 1st of the monthStarts on its own at 9:00 on the 1st.
- My clientsYour client list with WhatsApp numbers (or read it from your database or a sheet).
- Ask for documentsSends each client one WhatsApp message listing what you need for last month. Files they send back are ticked off automatically.
What you need
- WhatsApp Business number
- An approved WhatsApp template (most clients will not have written in the last 24 hours)
Keys and passwords never go into the workflow. You connect each service once under Connections.
Safe by default
Checks before sending
Wrong data stops the run before anything goes out.
Limits
Each workflow has its own limits, for example at most 50 WhatsApp messages a run.
Approvals and receipts
You approve what matters, and a signed receipt records what was done.
Change it in your own words
In the editor, press ✨ Build with AI and say what to change, for example “also email me a summary”. Use your own ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Meta AI chat for free, or connect your AI assistant to Nityaflow so it builds workflows for you (how).
