How it works
- Every MondayThe workflow starts on its own at 9:00 (India time).
- Read invoicesReads your Google Sheet: customer, phone, invoice, amount, due_date, status.
- Unpaid?Keeps only the rows whose status is not “paid”.
- Check phone and amountStops early if a phone number is not a valid Indian WhatsApp number or an amount is zero.
- Approve remindersShows you how many customers and the total in rupees. Nothing goes out until you press Approve.
- Remind customerSends each customer a polite WhatsApp reminder with the invoice number, amount and due date.
- ReceiptKeeps a signed record of who was reminded, so you can show it later.
What you need
- Google (to read the sheet)
- WhatsApp Business number
- An approved WhatsApp template for customers who have not written to you in 24 hours
Keys and passwords never go into the workflow. You connect each service once under Connections.
Safe by default
Checks before sending
Wrong data stops the run before anything goes out.
Limits
Each workflow has its own limits, for example at most 50 WhatsApp messages a run.
Approvals and receipts
You approve what matters, and a signed receipt records what was done.
Change it in your own words
In the editor, press ✨ Build with AI and say what to change, for example “also email me a summary”. Use your own ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Meta AI chat for free, or connect your AI assistant to Nityaflow so it builds workflows for you (how).
Questions
Will it message customers who already paid?
No. Only rows whose status is not “paid” go ahead, and you see the list and the total before anything is sent.
Can it run on another day or time?
Yes. Click the Every Monday step and pick another schedule.
What if a phone number is wrong?
The checker stops the run before sending and shows which row failed.
