It opens on the Nityaflow canvas with every step filled in. Press Execute workflow to test it safely: test runs never send anything.

How it works

  1. WhatsApp messageStarts when a customer writes.
  2. Understand the messageClaude decides if it is a booking, a question or a complaint, and writes a short reply in the customer's language.
  3. ReplySends that reply.
  4. Complaint?Checks if it was a complaint.
  5. Tell the ownerForwards complaints to your own number.

What you need

Keys and passwords never go into the workflow. You connect each service once under Connections.

Safe by default

Checks before sending

Wrong data stops the run before anything goes out.

Limits

Each workflow has its own limits, for example at most 50 WhatsApp messages a run.

Approvals and receipts

You approve what matters, and a signed receipt records what was done.

Change it in your own words

In the editor, press ✨ Build with AI and say what to change, for example “also email me a summary”. Use your own ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Meta AI chat for free, or connect your AI assistant to Nityaflow so it builds workflows for you (how).

Questions

Will it promise prices or appointments?

Its instructions say not to: it says the team will confirm. You can change the instructions.

How much does the AI cost?

Claude bills your own Anthropic account; short replies on the fastest model cost very little. Limits cap the number of AI questions per run.
