Monthly GST credit match (GSTR-2B vs purchase register)
Match GSTR-2B with the purchase register, flag gaps and bills entered twice, approve, and keep a signed receipt.
For: CA firms and accountants who check input tax credit every month before filing.

How it works
- StartRuns for one client and one return period.
- GSTR-2BThe supplier invoices from the GST portal (sample data included so you can try it at once).
- Purchase registerThe bills from Tally, Zoho Books, Busy or any list.
- GST credit matchSorts every invoice: matched, amount mismatch, entered twice, possible match, in books only, in GSTR-2B only. An independent checker re-adds the totals.
- Review the flagsYou look at what needs attention and approve.
- ReceiptA signed record of the match for the client file.
What you need
- Nothing to try it: sample invoices are included
- Your GSTR-2B and purchase register for real use
Keys and passwords never go into the workflow. You connect each service once under Connections.
Safe by default
Checks before sending
Wrong data stops the run before anything goes out.
Limits
Each workflow has its own limits, for example at most 50 WhatsApp messages a run.
Approvals and receipts
You approve what matters, and a signed receipt records what was done.
Change it in your own words

Questions
Does it file anything on the GST portal?
No. It only checks. You decide in IMS and file yourself.
Can I use Tally exports?
Yes. Export the purchase register and use the supplier's bill number, not your voucher number.
